Advanced Telecom guarantees your satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with our products or services during the first thirty days from system activation, we will refund your purchase price less the sale price of any non-recoverable items (i.e., cable, wire, jacks).

Maintenance Guarantee

In an emergency situation:

Advanced Telecom always guarantees its response time of only 2 hours in Manhattan, 4 hours outside of Manhattan. An emergency is defined as switchboard not working or greater than 50% of the telephones not working or system can not dial out or receive an incoming call. Voice mail system down is also an emergency.

In a non-emergency situation:

ATI guarantees to respond to routine service calls the next business day.

ATI guarantees to complete any request for parts or labor (MAC order) within one business week.

Obsolesence Guarantee

We guarantee a trade-in price on your equipment if it was purchased from Advanced Telecom, maintained by Advanced Telecom, and traded in on a new Advanced Telecom system.

Guarantee of Continuity

Advanced Telecom guarantees that we will never cancel a customer's maintenance contract for any reason other than non-payment.
