Customer Service Manager Ray Soroa is Customer Service Manager at Advanced Telecom, Inc. Mr. Soroa is a seventeen-year veteran of the telecommunications industry and is responsible for managing the entire service department. In this capacity, he is tasked with maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and timely completion of all client projects. He has vast experience in all areas of customer service, having been in the interconnect industry since 1984.

Mr. Soroa has worked his way to his current position having served in various capacities for four major telecommunications companies throughout his career. Since 1995, he has been a fixture at Advanced Telecom, and has played an integral role in the organization’s continued growth during that time. Mr. Soroa graduated from Manhattan College with a BS in Business Administration.
