Director of Sales and Marketing

Kiva Kolstein is Director of Sales and Marketing at Advanced Telecom, Inc. Mr. Kolstein is responsible for driving the overall growth strategy for the company. He is an effective and skilled communicator, with extensive experience as both presenter and facilitator. Mr. Kolstein has a broad range of experience in sales and marketing, most recently as an entrepreneur, co-founding, building and then selling YOUResponse Inc., an online market research company. Prior to his experience at YOUResponse, Mr. Kolstein was General Manager for Global Crossing, Ltd. (NYSE: GX), a global communications company. As General Manager for Global Crossing, his New York sales office was the most successful office nationally during his two-year tenure there. Throughout Mr. Kolstein’s career he has managed high performance sales teams, senior marketing executives and customer service teams. Prior to his career at Global Crossing, he had a key role in the launch of WinStar Communications, Inc.
